Service Description:
YogaBellies for Pregnancy is a lovely class, where you will do safe for pregnancy yoga, breathing to help during pregnancy and birthing, a relaxation at the end of class, (mats, cushions and blankets supplied), so you go home and have a good sleep. Pam Medhurst is a long-established highly qualified yoga teacher with extra pre & post natal training. You know you and baby are in safe hands with YogaBellies.
