Umbrella Organisation DBS Services

With effect from 1 April 2022, East Riding of Yorkshire Council will no longer be able to provide DBS services for other organisations.

As stated in the previous communications, other umbrella organisations are available.

Additionally, Lisa Credland, DBS Officer from Hull City Council (01482 615356) has provided her details and would be happy to support any of our organisations with their future DBS requirements.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s DBS team can continue to support umbrella organisations until 1 April 2022 with any imminent expiry dates or urgent new appointments. However, delays may be experienced as we approach the implementation date and processes begin to transition to the new provider.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for selecting East Riding of Yorkshire Council as your DBS provider and wish you the best of luck in the future.
