This is an online discussion group set up for all Early Years Providers in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The site which is a closed group has access to documents and training as a well as a discussion forum.

How to sign up and register

Providers should sign up and register for an account HERE

After putting in your name and password it will prompt you to complete organisation type and job role- please can you complete this so we are aware of which setting you are from.

It will then ask you to choose and confirm a password to complete the registration process.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail which will include a verification link- please click on this and follow instructions.

Once you have registered you will then have full access to the Knowledge Hub. The group we have implemented is called the 'East Riding of Yorkshire Early Years Providers Discussion Group' If you search for that and ask to join as a member a notification will come through to us. Once this has been agreed you will be able to view and post content. We will some initial topics on there, to get conversations started.

The purpose of the discussion group is for you as providers;

- to allow a safe space for ERYC Early Years providers to talk. This is a closed group meaning that only East Providers will see the information being posted / shared

- to allow a platform for ERYC Early Years providers to network

- to share what is good practice/template documents

- to share/discuss challenges

This discussion group is a forum for providers to discuss a range of matters with each other, the Local Authority will have a role to play in facilitating the group. This will be undertaken via the Families Information Service only and no other members of Local Authority teams. Please be aware of what is posted for a factual content, keep it professional and respectful.
