YoungMinds is the UK's leading charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people and empowering their parents and carers.

Worried about a child or young person?
If you're a worried parent, call us at the YoungMinds Parents Helpline on 0808 802 5544. Our opening hours are 9.30am-4pm Monday to Friday . Calls from landlines and most mobiles (3, O2, Orange, T-mobile, Virgin and Vodafone) are free.

Alternatively you can chat to a trained adviser online, in real time. There is also a lot of information to support the child or young person and the professionals who work with them.
