Service Description:Hi I'm Kerry; I'm an Ofsted registered childminder (ref EY442090), at my last Ofsted Inspection (2016) I was graded Outstanding. I am able to care for children from Birth to 16 years. I can offer "FEE" funded places for children age 2, 3 & 4. I live in North Ferriby with my husband, two children. My daughter and son are now both at High School from Juniors at Swanland School. I have a creative background, and have built up a vast amount of resources ideas and activities to develop and inspire your child. My creative setting has a fantastic outdoor play area. I love gardening, singing and the arts.
I have learnt the most from my 2 lovely children, aged 15 and 12. I have been a registered childminder since Feb 2012. I have looked after minded children aged 15months - 11 years, one with special needs. I currently care for children of the following ages: 2,3, & 5. For the Under 5's we regularly attend Soft Play, and local playgroups. During the holidays we go on "Fun Day's Out" to places such as a Pink Pig Farm or Museums. Previously I have worked as a primary school teaching assistant with foundation age (Reception Class) children, covering the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and year 3 Juniors. I have previously worked with 7 - 10 year old girls at Brownie Guides through Girlguiding UK for 8 years. I have previously worked for NCT (National Childbirth Trust) as a postnatal co-ordinator and nearly new sales organiser. Other work includes R.A.T.S. - Reading Scheme, Youth Clubs and Holiday Clubs/Workshops. I'm very creative, I have a HND in Creative Studies and have used my skills and knowledge to create a great range of ideas, activities, games and experiences, from which the children around me learn and develop.

Referral Procedure:Rates from May 2017... Regular Contract hours term time = £4,20 per hour. FEE rates are claimed through ERYC. Before School 8am - 9am = £5. After School session Infants/Juniors/High School = £10. School holiday sessions £5 to £7.50 per hour.
