My name is Debbie Young and I live in the Willerby area with my husband and grown up son in a spacious home adjacent to Carr Lane School.
I have over 20 years experience of working with children and young people and understand the importance of working closely with parents to ensure their child's individual needs are met to enable them to reach their full potential in life.
I have a level three childcare qualification and also a relevant childcare qualification in playwork. I have also attended traning courses with the local authority which will support me in ensuring that children's developmental needs will be met. Certificates for this can be shown and discussed with parents during visits.
I am a very positive and motivated individual who enjoys caring for children of all ages and take pride in ensuring that children and families that I work with feel welcome and secure with the service and environment I will provide.
