Ieso Digital Health is providing services on behalf of the NHS in East Riding of Yorkshire.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is provided in real-time over the internet using written (typed) conversations. You meet with an accredited therapist in a secure online therapy room, at a scheduled time and location that is convenient to you.

Appointments are either 30 or 60 minutes long and you can attend them from anywhere you can connect to the internet, whether on the move, or from the comfort of your own home. All that is required is a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Appointments can be scheduled for any time of day, including evenings and weekends. There is quick access to therapy, and once we receive your referral, you can access our service within a few days.

Access is simple. You can focus on improving your mental health and not worry about the process.

16 years to 99 years

Our convenient, easy to use service is now FREE for NHS patients in East Riding of Yorkshire over 18 years of age (16 or over if not in full time education). You can refer yourself to the service (although you do need to be registered with a GP in East Riding of Yorkshire). There is no charge for patients.

Please note, our service is not suitable for people with a history of mental illness which requires the continuation of existing professional relationships.

Self-referring online allows you to access the live online therapy service promptly and easily without the need to visit your GP.
